A dysfunctional, wealthy mining dynasty, with an ailing patriarch and some greedy siblings. A peculiarly British take on telenovela style melodramas, played for laughs.
The Cauldwells are a wealthy mining family led by miserly, ailing patriarch Ralphfred. Scheming elder daughter Daphne is married to embittered wheelchair-bound Greg whilst younger sister Joan is a simple, trusting, childlike soul who nonetheless accidentally poisoned her brother Neil when they were children. Gold digger Lucy arrives to marry Ralphfred's son Rolph, though Rolph is more interested sexually in Lipton, his valet, and Lucy is dismayed to find that Rolph lied about his father being at death's door. Learning that her father has changed his will to leave everything to his nurse Maria, Daphne seduces hunky but dim gardener Simon into poisoning Ralphfred against her, getting Maria sacked. A new will is announced - but this leaves everything to Imperial College to keep Ralphfred alive in suspended animation. 居然就被砍了
由BGM引发的笑点估计占全剧的60％
看起来会挺好看的，可惜只有试播集
这么好玩的剧居然只有一集！
太喜欢这种风格了，腐国人民到底平时都在看什么东西，这么好看的剧居然一集就砍，心疼我二册
被砍了好可惜，好喜欢这种类型啊！！！
大家的造型都好棒，难得有一部props不廉价的英喜，估计能做成Hunderby的现代版那种。从剧情什么的来说，虽然看得不舒服，但还是觉得挺有看头的，要是能往下演剧情能铺开的话肯定更好看啊，可惜被砍了……
演新郎的是The Britishes里面的Lord British，而且连男仆帮撸的剧情都是The Britishes里面的

哈哈哈哈哈，結尾Reece大笑被打住笑死我了！！！HAHAHAHAHA~深柜gay暗戀管家和Matt damon面罩，好好笑的梗，怎麼一集就砍了？！剩下的往哪裡去看啊！！！雖然第一集就已經很難找。。。
我觉得超有意思啊，笑死人的暗黑喜剧，这个家庭到底是个怎样的家庭啊，每个人都很有故事，结果一集就砍。Reece坐在那里一直矮矮的，略萌。噗哈哈！
