《秘密大战争》/原名:《The Secret of Santa Vittoria》/又名:《圣维多利亚的秘密 / 万众一心》,上映日期：1969-10-29,
在意大利小鎮聖維多利亞的街道上遊走著壹名懶惰壹事無成的酒鬼邦布林尼，此時正是二戰結束前夕，法西斯政府宣布投向後，他爬上壹座水塔上拆除法西斯國旗，卻不敢爬下來，圍觀的群眾鼓舞他。而法西斯鎮議會聽到這個消息後就認定他為新市長，笨蛋傻瓜邦布林尼完全不知法西斯在利用他來占領他們小鎮的酒業，而壹向傻不垃圾的邦布林尼卻想出了條妙計來對付法西斯
Bombolini is a fairly worthless drunk in the small Italian town of Santa Vittoria in the closing days of World War II. When word comes that the Fascist government has surrendered, he climbs a water tower to tear down the flag. He can't get down and someone gets the crowd to chant his name to give him confidence. The Fascist town council hears this and believes that he is the town's new leader. They surrender to him and make him the new mayor. 关于红酒的电影。有些散乱但是结尾很棒，有些理想化，属于旧时代的电影。
