《死亡约会》/原名:《Appointment with Death》/又名:《死海杀人事件》,上映日期：1988-04-15(美国),
本片是著名影星彼得·乌斯蒂诺夫第六次扮演神探波洛，原著创作于1938年，与克里斯蒂的另外两部作品《阳光下的罪恶》、《加勒比海谋杀案》组成了别具风情的“海岛谋杀三部曲”，书中讲述一位女暴君被谋杀，而她的家人个个都有杀人嫌疑，最终大侦探波洛通过抽丝剥茧的缜密推理找出了真凶。值得一提的是亨弗莱·鲍嘉的妻子、好莱坞著名影星劳伦·巴考尔应邀在片中扮演了一位女富翁，对破案起到了关键作用。
Emily Boynton, step-mother to the three Boynton children and mother to Ginevra, blackmails the family lawyer, Jefferson Cope, into destroying a second will of her late husband which would have freed the childern from her dominating influence. She takes herself and the children on holiday to Europe and the Holy Land. In Jerusalem, Hercule Poirot meets up with a woman friend, Dr. King who falls in love with Raymond Boynton to Emily's disapproval. Lady Westholme, her secretary and Cope are following them too. The children discover about the second will and Emily succeeds in rubbing the rest up the wrong way causing much hatred towards her. 服化道很还原，1988年的风格，阿加莎也很善良的安排了个good ending

这个还可以
经典小说改编，阿加莎·克里斯蒂系列，全员嫌疑人系列。 不到最后一刻永远不会猜到结局系列。很多细节已经忘了，就记得都是经典。 总评：是会【开1.25倍速+会带着答案再看第二遍】的剧。

这部其实不太适合改编成电影。
被乌斯蒂诺夫扮演的波洛圈粉，发现他拍了三部波洛大电影。除了有上译翻译的早两部，这部拍的略晚，依然是那个有趣可爱中透着善良的大侦探，美中不足本案的杀人有些漏洞，难以说服观众，但表演和风景依然超级棒，推荐给热爱波洛的观众。

80年代电视侦探剧的风格很明显（即为制作的廉价既视感），使得一切阿婆案件中的经典都如同埃及考古现场的风尘一样，匆匆而来匆匆而去。
诡计很不错
